Jude David first achieved national recognition in 2021 with his debut training "The Takeover: Millennials vs Everybody". Since then, he has been featured at 37 national conferences, 43 regional / state conferences and 3 international summits. He is a national speaker who brings popular culture into his presentations with the use of modern day music, movies and entertainment. He is relatable, edgy and fun to watch!
Beginning his professional career as a group home manager in Phoenix, AZ, he moved back to Boston accepting a supervisor role for the Department of Youth Services. In 2014, he accepted a position at the Suffolk County Sheriff’s Department and two years later, completing his Master’s Degree in Public Administration which ultimately lead to him opening his training and coaching company, I am Jude David LLC. In 2018, he accepted a position with the Massachusetts Probation Service and since then has been promoted to his current role of Program Manager for the Massachusetts Probation Training Division.
He is a podcast / media personality as well as a DJ and a nightlife promoter who has worked with celebrities such as Wyclef Jean, MC Lyte, Ginuwine, Bernice Burgos and an array of international artist such as T-VICE, Phyllisia Ross and DJ Tony Mixx. Jude is the president and founder of the Boston Chapter of the National Association of Blacks in Criminal Justice. He is the Chair of the membership committee for the American Probation and Parole Association, and he is a sitting board member of SmoovNetwork Cares, the 501c3 responsible for the Haitian float at Boston's West Indian Parade.
