Jude David, mpa

Jude David, MPA, is a nationally recognized speaker, trainer, and behavioral specialist whose work focuses on understanding people; how personality influences behavior, how behavioral health affects performance, and how effective leadership begins with understanding the humans we are responsible for leading.
 

With more than 15 years of public service and criminal justice experience and over a decade in management, Jude currently serves as a Training Manager with the Massachusetts Probation Service, where he develops curricula and evidence-based professional development for approximately 1,800 probation officers.

Jude holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. He is certified in D.I.S.C. Personality Analysis, Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Resolution, Project Management and Youth Trauma & Mental Health First Aide.
 

Jude brings a distinctive energy to professional development blending behavioral science and evidence-based concepts with humor, storytelling, music, pop culture, and real-world experiences. His philosophy is simple: Education doesn’t have to feel educational to be effective.
