His work focuses on helping individuals and organizations embrace individuality, maximize performance, and lead with purpose.
 
Beyond his professional work, Jude is deeply committed to philanthropy work as he leads initiatives that support community development and education in Haiti. He is the President of the Boston Chapter of the National Association of Blacks in Criminal Justice and the Membership Chair for the American Probation and Parole Association.
